I was up nicely on this sit, since Weds.  I have not been able to log in.  I tried to log in via Linux, using an alternative computer etc.  Customer service has given me the same advice, redownload and install.  I have followed all instructions and it seems obvious to me they have banned my account for logging into the software.  Any advice anyone can provide for this problem?  5 days without any reasonable solution, and of course, I was not abusing chat or anything.  I am stumped.

weird, I think you are missing the flash plugin, this room works with flash imo, unless you getting somekind of error its probably that.

have u tried using vmware and running it thru another OS? I wouldnt try wine tho
